These measures of success are translated into ADCN’s corporate business objectives and Integrated Management System (IMS) objectives including the measurement and continuous improvement of process efficiency (TATs) and effectiveness (system availability). Targets have been established for each key internal and external process and are regularly monitored, measured and reviewed.

ADCN Engineering Services has adopted a fully documented IMS, based on the internationally recognised standard ISO QMS 9001:2015, ISO EMS 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007, which will enable ADCN Engineering Services to consistently deliver high levels of real estate and property development service to our customers and stakeholders.

• Prevent accidents and incidents, as well as prevent work injuries, and any harm to human health, and the environment from our operations.
