Measures of success for ADCN include growth in portfolio projects and market share combined with shareholder value and profit; operational excellence and customer satisfaction; managing risk to world-class standards and maintaining sustainable practices; and success through the staff.
These measures of success are translated into ADCN’s corporate business objectives and Integrated Management System (IMS) objectives including the measurement and continuous improvement of process efficiency (TATs) and effectiveness (system availability). Targets have been established for each key internal and external process and are regularly monitored, measured and reviewed.
